At Zem Tur, we attach great importance to the privacy and security of your personal data. This policy explains how your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal Data Processed

The following data may be processed when you make a tour reservation, submit a contact request or use our website:

Identity information (first name, last name)
Contact information (e-mail, telephone)
Reservation and travel information (dates, number of travellers, room preference)
Identity/passport information required to organise the tour (international tours only)
Electronic trace data collected during your visit (IP address, cookie data)

3. Purposes of Processing

Carrying out tour reservation, payment and organisation processes
Responding to your contact requests
Measuring and improving the quality of our services
Fulfilling our legal obligations
Sending campaign and tour announcements, if you have given marketing consent

4. Transfer of Data

Your personal data may be shared with our business partners (hotels, transport and insurance providers) to the extent necessary to organise the tour; with authorised payment institutions for payment transactions; and with public authorities where required by law. Your data is never sold.

5. Retention Period

Personal data is securely deleted or anonymised once the purpose of processing no longer applies and the retention periods prescribed by the applicable legislation have expired.

6. Cookies

Our website uses strictly necessary and optional cookies to improve the user experience and to produce statistics. You can change your cookie preferences in your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred
To request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data
To request the erasure or destruction of your data where the legal conditions are met
To claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of the processing
