Service Agreement
This agreement is made between Zem Tur (the "Agency") and the customer benefiting from the tour services offered by the Agency (the "Participant"), and enters into force upon confirmation of the tour reservation.
1. Subject Matter
The Agency undertakes to provide the tour programme advertised on its website, including organisation, transport, accommodation and guiding services; the Participant undertakes to pay the tour price and to comply with the rules of the programme.
2. Payment
The tour price is paid by the methods communicated at the time the reservation is confirmed. Different payment plans may apply to early booking or discounted campaigns. In the event of incomplete payment, the Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally.
3. Tour Programme
The tour programme is carried out according to the advertised itinerary and durations. The Agency reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme due to force majeure, weather conditions, security or technical requirements. In the event of a material change, the Participant will be informed and offered the option of a refund or a transfer to another tour.
4. Obligations of the Participant
- To obtain a valid identity card/passport and any required visas in good time
- To comply with tour departure times and meeting points
- To disclose in advance any health conditions relevant to suitability for the programme
- To respect group order and the instructions of the guide and driver
- To compensate for any damage caused to accommodation facilities and means of transport
5. Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be deemed at fault for cancellations or changes arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, strikes or prohibitions imposed by official authorities; in such cases the applicable refund policy shall apply.
6. Insurance
For international tours, the Agency provides the compulsory travel insurance required under the relevant legislation. Additional cover or extended coverage is arranged at the Participant's request and with their approval, for an additional fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Agency is liable, within the limits set by law, for losses arising from the fault of third-party service providers (hotels, transport). Loss of the Participant's personal belongings and medical expenses fall within the scope of personal travel insurance.

9. Jurisdiction
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
